Chat Room Rules

We're not going to have a whole lot of rules for the chat room for now...just don't be offensive, don't spam, and don't fill the room up with a lot of garbage. Once we've got more visitors, I'll probably have to tighten things up a bit. That will likely include requiring log in after the first few days, or else the spam bots will take over.
